The Forum
Catch the latest blockbusters, have a quick bite at the multi-cuisine food court, buy the best brands from Adidas to Tommy or just chill at Forum. Bangalore’s first and one of its best, The Forum is as good as any international mall and has showrooms of all the sought after sports, clothes, shoes and lifestyle brands. If it’s a weekend, advance booking for movie tickets is advisable as all eleven screens run houseful on holidays. Besides a huge food court, both McDonald’s and KFC have individual outlets here. Parking is hassle-free, though there is no guarantee on weekends.

Garuda Mall

Sigma
The only mall in the area, Sigma Mall is a popular hangout for students from Mount Carmel College down the road. After you finish your fill of shopping from brands like Levis, Pepe, Pantaloons and Vinegar, head for an energy-reload at the food-court. Fun Cinemas on the fourth level plays all the latest movies and also hosts film festivals. There’s ample parking space and lots of fun to be had at Sigma.

1 MG Road

Mantri square

Situated in Malleshwaram, Mantri square has 252 stores with a food court spread over 1 lakh sq feet, 6 screen INOX multiplex and a hypermarket spread over 9000 sq.ft. Apart from all the popular brand stores this mall also has Amoeba bowling alley and gaming centre.

Orion mall

With a total area of 1.1 million sq.ft Orion is the third largest mall in Bangalore. BluO a 27 lane bowling centre is the major attraction here apart from the popular brand showrooms spread over 8.5 lakh sq.ft.

Royal Meenakshi Mall

South Bangalore’s first complete mall with a hypermarket, retail, F&B, entertainment and multiplex, this mall makes for an ideal hangout zone and shopping zone.

Phoenix market city

Spread over 1.4 million sq.ft, this mall has the biggest retail mall space in Bengaluru. Apart from 200 brand stores the phoenix is the first mall to offer the thrill of bungee jumping.

VR mall

Spread over 1.4 million sq feet and strategically located in Whitefield this uber mall has over 200 innovative stores. This is a new mall that is right next to Phoenix market city, and is yet to be opened at the time of publishing this article.
