Fun in Bangalore with Juke Box

Until a few years back, Koramangala used to be treated as a back-of-beyond place by veteran Bangaloreans. Not so anymore. With the IT boom, the city has learnt to expand its “centre” and this place is now well within city limits! Driving down the streets of Koramangala—teeming with shops, restaurants and pubs, each jostling for space—one gets a feeling that Bangalore no longer stops at MG Road, as other areas too offer options galore when it comes to matters of lifestyle.

While talking of lifestyle, wine and dine will surely deserve a mention. Among the umpteen eateries at this part of the town, Juke Box is a place that does not have a very high recall factor. Yet, it does have its steady stream of clients. With walls adorned with posters of musicians and album covers, it has a cozy charm of its own where one can unwind over a couple of beers and starters to the strains of retro melody.

For something more substantial, there is a multicuisine menu on offer. Stick to the continental fare; the steaks are worth a try. The desserts, too, are yummy. The food on the whole is good and decently priced, not to mention the service that is courteous and efficient.
