A great place in a wonderful location, the restaurant serves up quite a spread. Because it is hidden away inside, not many are aware of its existence, but those who do spare not a minute in spreading the word about their yummy treats

Fizz offers fundamental Indian and Chinese cuisines in addition to doubling up as a basic watering hole. Indulge in your poison from the regular whiskeys, vodkas, gins, beers and rums ranging from Rs. 120* to Rs. 250.

Start off with the complementary plate of Masala Papad that comes with your drinks, and work your way towards their main delights. For meat lovers, do not miss the sinful Mutton Seekh Kabab (Rs. 195), which is a must try. Apart from this, sample their masala peanuts, Murg Lasuni Kabab, Fish Achari and wide range of Chinese favorites- Drums of Heaven, and Golden Fried Prawns.

The vegetarian arena has the platter, loaded with goodies such as Hara Kabab and Mushroom Hill top. The soups start at Rs. 90, and the best pick are the steaming hot bowls of Vegetarian and Chicken Clear soup.

The Murg Makhani and Punjabi Murg Masala standout and so does the finger-licking Meat Tariwala. For the vegetarians, Gobi Mutter Kadai (Rs. 130) and the Kadai Paneer (Rs. 155) in addition to a very well made Yellow Dal (Rs. 120)are sumptuous and completes the meal. The Chinese section offers some exotic main course selections like Crispy Honey Chicken and Lamb in Red or Green Gravy, if you are feeling adventurous.

Although the use of kitschy colors for the interiors and choice of music would take some getting used to, the ambience is soothing and not flashy. The outdoor seating is unparalleled as the place is nestled between huge buildings of Gurgaon’s Lego-like skyline.

The fantastic thing about Fizz is the no-frills attitude it employs across the board. Frequented by young working professionals of Gurgaon, Fizz is a perfect substitute to a fully loaded night out at some overpriced restaurant.
