If you are looking to pay just the rentals and nothing else then Catchflix should be your preferred service, as there is no monthly subscription, registration or membership fee. With an impressive list of titles, Catchflix too offers free pick-up and drop and you can keep the film for 4 days. Movie Mart and Home View are other popular rental agencies covering the entire NCR.

Net-browsing not your cup of tea? You’d rather go to a video library and check out the stock yourself? No issues, as there are scores of such places all over the city. The Balcony, though has a good collection, primarily finds favour with the expats of Vasant Vihar because of the steep rentals and an exorbitant, non-refundable subscription fee. Best to avoid, unless you have money to splurge.

Great India Movies, on the other hand, is a viable option. Though compared to The Balcony its collection might seem a little wanting yet, neat membership packages and rentals will make up for it. Courteous and knowledgeable staff is a bonus.

Thanks to such amazing services, scrounging around for a DVD has become a thing of the past. Although, choosing a good film remains as difficult as ever!
