Having created his first line of traditional designer wear for men in 1990, he went on to showcase his work in all major cities in India and abroad. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Intensely concerned with design as an art form, Rohit continues to draw inspiration from history, fantasy and folklore. The result: exquisitely-crafted traditional and trendy outfits for both men and women.

His signature ensemble makes smart use of fabrics, ranging from silks, crepes, voiles and chiffon to handloom cotton, linen and muslin. Every design unfolds a detailed fantasy in enigmatic blacks, desert tones and inspirational tints, and is embellished with crinkling, pleating, block printing, smocking, and intricate threadwork.

Apart from winning various prestigious fashion awards, Rohit’s collection finds patrons from the glam world, both within the country as well as abroad.
