Shop people and the lady at the counter are not suitable for the business. One cannot try the earrings, finger rings unless you are sure of buying. No exchange even a single minute after purchase. They really do not know how to handle or attract the customers. Not much collection like Bhavani or Tulasi

The lady at the counter (fat one) behaves like she knows everything and owns everything in the world!
Strictly no exchange once you have paid and taken the item, even after one minute after purchase! I think this is the reason why such a big shop is almost always empty with hardly any customer :) It is also overpriced and you can get better collection for less price at Tulsi or Bhavani in Jayanagar 4th Block. Strongly not recommended. Stay away from the fat lady and the shop.

I would suggest,never go to this shop.This shop people are very rude and arrogant. They will not show much designs. The stones are of poor quality and if you ask any question they will not answer properly.There is no much shining in the stonesalso.They are not fit to satisfy the customers.There is no exchange also.
They are acting as if there is only one shop in Bangalore.
