PLEASE AVOID!!!! Its going down the drain. After sales or in sales process itself is pathetic. while I have been dealing with them for a while, I think I have had it. Totally useless sales people, don't even answer calls, don't come on the phone. My experience has been with Kavvy and Humera and they are both pathetic in terms of response times. Even the owner doesn't give a hoot about her customers. Best of luck to survice in a competitive market like this. suggest take your business elsewhere.

While I had exactly the same issue as the one mentioned above, I still choose to give a good feedback to Ram Ceramics mainly because they accepted their mistake and did all they can to help me. I received my tiles after 20 days (promised was 10). Will recommend them anytime.

While the selections are nice, the after sales service is awful. They do not meet the time on delivery and do not come to the phone for any follow up. Very unprofessional sales guys!!
