Radisson MBD celebrates the season, with cool American, Italian, Caribbean and Swiss delights at S-18, the 24 x 7 Brasserie. American cuisine is pastrami/ turkey sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers and barbeque. Caribbean cuisine will have live curry station, jerk rubbed chicken and stir fried rice, with meat/vegetables. Italian cuisine has risotto gnocchi, ravioli and baked fish. Swiss cuisine would include – meat loaf, roesti and fondue
