French Week kicks off with a la carte and daily specials served at the Verandah. This will be followed by French cooking classes - learn traditional dishes like the ratatouille, and desserts made of chocolate and dishes made of cheese. A Sunday brunch is also planned - sample French delicacies at leisure. The finale will include a garden party, where you can sample beaujolais noveau and French wines, served with burgundy fare, groove to jazzy tunes and music by the French swing orchestra.
