sharptronics anna nagar is the one of the worst shop i've every shopped. the sales people talks as if it is the best place to buy, but the products bought from the shop is of the lowest of the quality. a week ago i bought a 4 burner stove with chimney (glen brand) for rs. 16000. when i opened the box in my house to my surprise i found a old rusted 2 burner stove from a local brand. i reported to the shop and they said, it was a problem between me and glen. this makes me frustrated and i've launched a complaint in the consumer court. my sincere advice to all is that check the product before delivery. that too if the product is from sharptronics.

Bought an Samsung A/C a three days ago from their Anna Nagar branch. It was shipped in a dead condition; found it at the time of installation. When informed about the condition and asked for a replacement, they said the goods will not be taken back after sale in any circumstance. I contacted samsung regarding this issue, they informed me that the seller is responsible for the product before installation. Now I dont know what to do; I lost my 23 K money and time. I will strongly not recommend this shop for any one. Guys beware of this fraud shop.

It is a useless shop. Donot get any things from this shop. We ordered for a fridge, they sent the fridge to home in damaged condition. and we have asked for replacement. but they are not responding. also they told that microwave oven is free. But after payment is done, they said we need to pay more than 2000 rs extra... pls dont get any goods from this shop. they r selling low quality products.
