Please never buy aqua guard products its totally waste of money service is very bad...i bought aquard genuines water filter for 23000 but. product is worst quality i have to spent approx 6500 per year for parts....which had to replace every year the service centre says no parts will be change within warrenty period only servicing can be done...

I purchased one aquaguard magna HD RO on 8th November, 2016 in Ludhiana
I purchased Dr aqua guard Magna on 25th August which got installed on 26th August. ..Since that day water is flowing from the bottom of the machine. .I called the person who installed my machine but he didn't came to resolve my problem and then have stopped picking up my phone. I called customer care several times. .they say that my problem will be resolved in 2 days but no one came. ..I have complainted 7-8 times..Also have sent sms regarding the complaint but all in vain. I request you to either solve my problem or return my money back.
1st I received a used machine that after doing number of complains they come for the replacement after 8 months, They collected the machine for replacement and committed to deliver new machine in 2-3 days but its more then 15 days the machine is not been received yet. Mr. Firroz Siddiqui is the executive communicating with me since 9 months through mail. My order no is - 2015103913 Date 7/08/2015. I expect my problem to get solved in 7 days or else I have the last option to go to legal authority and issue notice and will also post all this mail and all this matters on social media. Hi,
I had changed my both the filter of Aqua Flow model on 29th Oct 2013.I was getting the some white floating particles in the water. I called for the service and service was done on 27th Dec 2013.But to my surprise i was charged 375 for the service charge.My question is why should i pay the service charge for the service done in 2 months. It seems you people are fooling the customers.I will never suggest any of my friends or relative to ever go for your product because of your fishy terms and condition.I want my Rs 375 back or i have no other option but to go to the consumer court.

I purchsed enhance ro system the unit brought by them was not filling full water into the tank which i complained to mr.punithan head customer response centre at madipakkam chennai who replaced the unit which came through courier but this unit also leaks and the complaint was given non turned up so far it is past one week i under go wasting my time calling the customer response head who doesnt even pick up the phone attend my call and answer me i had burnt my finger by choosing eureka also i contacted their corporate office at chrennai t.nagar no response so far. r.r.shreekanth 9840925409
