Madonna The Beauty Salon: Pamper yourself with professional massages, soothing pedicures, maybe a spiffy hairdo, they have it all. The one thing that stands out most at Madonna is their level of experience, they have been serving patrons for over two decades and they keep getting better. The primary reason for their continued success lies in their ability to innovate and regularly introduce new and improved beauty therapies and techniques. The pedicures are highly professional and very soothing, the hairdressers are veterans and the color jobs are very good. Spend a day in comfortable luxury, sip a coffee and get yourself a makeover.

Very bad hygiene very poor, very very very poor customer service, salon itself dirty, staff not trained, equipments are very bad, towels are smelly will not suggest anybody
Bad hair dresser. Cheap type managers. First they spoiled my hair, then they didn't give me 'appointment' for next three days to fix the mess. I went up without informing them and found the receptionist asking me what services I want . . . while on phone they were claiming they are all booked for the wedding season. Very very unprofessional management. And even now if you choose to go there, beware of their excessive use of hair dryer. They would make your hair look good for half an hour but after a wash you'd find a bad haircut and rough, dry hair due to the hot dryers they use. It would take me at least six months to un-do their artistry. Stupid fellows don't even know how to make proper fringes. . . . .
Poor service, bad behaviour and calling the customer liars and laughing at their face when they are complaining. I am still in shock of what I just faced, this place is totally not worth it. On walking around the place I found many more good salons nearby like Lakme, VLCC, Affinity etc which are well known for their service and have excellent, well behaved and trained staff. I totally regret walking into Madonna, and will not advice anyone to go there and face such harassment like I did!
