I have just one word to say....BAD. EVERYTHNG from product to managenment people to service everythng is BAD.
My suggestion: Never buy anythng from hometown.

I tried to use the git voucher of Hometown in Vashi but they have not accepted this saying that this can be used only at Vikhroli from where you have purchased this gift voucher. It is rediculas...

Agreed. I had ordered a dining set from HomeTown, Mumbai Central which was promised delivery on Nov1st. The delivery did not happen as promised. No one is bothered to even attend a call from customer. Have a very bad experience buying from Hometown. Will never ever buy from here. Not reliable people.

HomeTown collection is the worst in term of service....herby I urge everyone to look at another option to avoid frustrations....
