The fifteen day money back that is promised in bold font on the website is a deliberate cheating. If you read the fine print, you have to call the within 48 hours to register this with them and follow the painful process of packing and returning the product, and then probably start praying god that they refund the money.
First of all, it is bad that they sent a bad product. We purchase products with a high expectation on quality. Whether to purchase products from Royal Images or not is up to your discretion, I strongly recommend to refrain from making any purchases here.
This is worst ever company that I have dealt with in my life...I had complaint regarding the gift that they had sent to me (ordered a set of 50 story books from Panchantra)...They sent me 50 story book all same. When I called them they have the guts to tell you that this is a gift pack and so u have received all the books same and you can distribute it as gifts to ur friends.
