Recently I had a minor sinus surgery being done at Fortis hospital Jaipur. Coming from US I was expecting cheap hospitals in India, but to my surprise Fortis hospital was not cheap from any angle. I accepted the fact assuming that probably higher cost will get me better service.
OPD (OUT-PATIENT) EXPERIENCE
Fortis encourages taking appointment before showing up at hospital and I did that. I was given appointment of 11 AM but the doctor didn't see me until 12:30 PM. In the very first meeting it was decided that I need a surgery since I had done a detailed investigation in US before coming to India. The doctor called me 6 times before surgery day. Some time he wants to see my reports, other times he wants to do endoscopy but he forgot to
