Sankalp South Indian Restaurant: Started by a Sri Lankan settled in Gujarat, this place is synonymous with lip-smacking south Indian fare. In 1997 the Guinness Book of Records gave them a Certificate of Commemoration for making a 25-foot dosa. Service is quick and efficient. They even undertake catering.
