we had traveled by nutan travels in june 2012...for kashmir....but experience was quite sour.... we use package travels as we want someone to take care of all our needs with respect to travel, stay and food ...but they did not provide good guidance ...also food was not very good ...mostly puri bhaaji in morning breakfast , bread butter and bread jam....the bread was always stale and hence "hard"..... very poor support provided by manager ........on asking any question he used to get irritated and gave very silly answers ....not at all customer oriented travels .. even drinking water was not provided during tour...forget about morning bed tea ....!!! if you are spending thousands of rupees ....why should you bear with such discomfort ...
