Hi,
I purchased Ford Figo just few days back. Figo is excellent in its segment. I satisfied with the sales department and feature they explain. However I had again and again ask for registration on the date of delivery and after confirmation of sales person only i had booked the car. Three days happend but there is no sastisfactory answer and my car is still without registration. I was repeateldy follow up with sales person but he could not get time to even pickup the phone or answer correctly. Agent of Cargo Ford is so useless and dont even have manner to speak to customer. Next 3 days are holidays so registration will not be possible as answered by Cargo representative. I think they are poor

It was very nice of him to explain me in details about this car for nearly two hours.

I purchased FORD-ICON.After 3 years car engine started heating.I gave my
car to Cargo Ford ,C.G.Road for so many times to solve the problem but the complain was not solved. At present my car is at Narol service station since last 20 days but nobody replies properly.I request you to look into matter and give my car back after solving problem and also losses for which I am suffered without any reason and only for the negligence of your staff.

my car is not pass in RTO from 15-20 days and i purchase ford
diesal but in the insurance policy it was for petrol .this is written
