horrible customer care... when i called up nobody even bothered to solve my problem, just wanted to get some info... how stupid you guys can be,, i think loosing a customer is not a big deal for you ppl..

i hated every moment of that place the staff really really get on my nerves. i was treating my parents out for thier anniversary. i had booked a cake in advance and asked them to bring it as a surprise tot he table after dinner.
they forgot, even though i reminded them before i sat down, then again at the table. they totally spoiled the surprise.
then when i got upset they offered a cake to me for free, my father agreed to accept it. finally after taking forever to get it. we went home.
the cake was supposed to be 1 kg, they gave me a thin slice of left over cake heaped it with old whipped cream and wrote happy birthday on it. which instead of apeassing us, they just made the whole experience worse. i have never gone there again. ever
