It is fraud and very worst and bad experience. I had booked a cab to outstation for both up and down. They called me at last moment 15 mins before and informing U have booked for one way. Then they say us to cancel the trip and the commission (middle) person whose cab is there he will say I will charge U Rs. 13/- per KM and take extra charges. When I booked the cab the charge was Rs. 2550/- and later they chared me 3800/-. Really a big fraud Co. Dont book cabs in DEEPAM CABS....
These are a bunch of unprofessional guys. They cancelled the cab at the end moment after giving confirmation. At midnight at the Bangalore airport, I faced problem because of these guys.

I had a really bad experience with U taxi. Although it seems cheap , it cannot be relied upon. The service too is cheap and I had booked a taxi from railway station today. I was assigned Indica Cab (KA 02 D 7003). The Driver name was Lingraju. First of all the cab was 15 mins late. I kept calling the driver and he was just telling 2 mins each time. On a sunday generally the traffic is less so , I can't find any reason why the cab should be late. On reaching destination the driver demanded extra money than actual charge. On refusing the driver literally shouted on me and behaved badly. I complained the customer care of this behavior of driver but no action was taken. Completely unprofessional service. 3 bad incidents in a space of last 6 months.The last one being this - I booked an Innova from Deepam to attend an outstation wedding on saturday, a 10 hour one-sided journey..
1. The driver came 2 hours late on Friday only by 12 midnight when we were supposed to start at 10 PM. We thought we can still make up if we go fast.
2. On the way after Krishnagiri, he stopped the vehicle by the highway and started sleeping.
3. The driver started shouting when asked about this.
4. We called up the cab management to report this and ask for a replacement cab.
5. The Manager was even worse, he was not ready to hear any complaint and was completely on the side of the driver. His exact words being "Sir, I underst

had never got this type of taxi service ever in my life.
first they took booking, for next day early morning then till evning no response... i myself called back .. they told booking is confirm will forward you cab details by 8 :30, called again at 9 p.m. same response. called back again at 12, then they told you have to share cab as cabs are less. That too without reducing any substantial amount from total fare. i said not possible. then they told that they will contact in sometime.. again no response till 1 am again i called then they told that they dont have cab. i said what are the sharing options. then they say that is also not availbale.. this goes on till 2 am in night.. had to book a

Most pathetic service ever...it won't be enough if i use F's and B's....These idiots are so irresponsible that i missed my flight. Nothing else to say ..... i will not suggest anyone to call these people....not even my enemies.
Pathetic service - I guess at those rates this is all you can get. Booked a cab for a airport pickup - no cab was sent till 2hrs prior. I called them up to be told that I hadn't made a booking. After a heated altercation ( they said "We are a large business with 150 bookings for today" -- cough , cough 150 --- "how can you say our booking system is not working".) I angrily disconnected my phone (and immediately called Meru - they promptly sent me a cab). Here's the best part though - they called me back 5 mins later and told me that I can't treat them like that (?!) and that I am a liar - yes, the person who had called me said that to me.
For that price you get that kind of service only.

The Worst CAB Service :: These guys are so irresponsible and fraud. Its more than a month now, that we forgot our 2 pairs of shoes in one of their cabs, as we hired it for ooty trip. Now after giving several calls and complaints, still we ve not received our stuff. And top of that they say that we ll be charged if someone comes to return it. Even after agreeying on their points we ve not received the shoes yet. Feel like complianing about them in some law persuit . Suggestion: Never hire cab from DEEPAM CABS ever.
I agree to to the comments, they are most pathetic cab service that i have encountered in Bangalore.Now, i am really scared to trust on CAB services.Extremely unreliable service. At the last minute the driver did not call or answer the call.
