I had booked Xylo for 3 days for 250 KM/day from Venkatesh agent so after retruning form trip he was askign for 300 KM/day rates and he was saying that he did not said 250 KM/day rates at all. TOTAL NONSENSE he was lying but it was my mistake also i did not note down the KM before booking on receipt. Also the vehicle XYLO was in very worst condition the windows was not working.not clean, and DRIVER RAJESH WAS VERY VERY RUDE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. SO I WOILD SUGGEST NOT TO BOOK ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS AGENCY.

I had booked a cab (INNOVA) from bangalore to ooty and back from Divakar (Tours and travels) #614 GNS Arcade (Basement), Shop no 2, 100Ft Ring Road, 28th Main, 2nd Stage Opp. Samsung Service Plaza, BTM Layout, Near Gangothri Hospital, Bangalore - 56076 The car broke down after Mandya (about 160 km from bangalore). Somehow we reached Mysore. I contacted the travel asking for a replacement cab. They informed that they did not have a replacement cab. The cab driver left us in Mysore and returned back.
