Biggest mistake ever to give any money to Poonam furniture located in BTM Layout (opposite Jayadeva flyover). If you work hard for your money and dont plan to waste it, dont buy anything from here. Unless you can buy the whole shop itself and fire all the below ppl from their jobs.
These people are such big cheats and liars that by the time you receive your sub-standard quality product, you already start thinking of how you can sell it as second hand.
My biggest mistake was I did not check the reviews for this shop online before booking and now realise that the online fraternity is full of true bad reviews about these cheats.
at one point i was forced to ask if he will buy the sofa back from me at lower price than he sold it to me.

The owner is good and objectives are good, but their work force is an ultimate waste, who cannot even understand the requirement and manage customer. They have to really start thinking to have right person to do the business.
cheaters never buy anything from this showroom. I paid 40000/- and it is almost 2 months and still now I am waiting for delivery
Really bad customer service and quality...Both the owners at BTM and Electronic city are cheaters....I had ordered furniture more than 40 days back and till now did not receive it....Beware of these guys...They talk sweetly at the begining but when it comes to delivery..they give worst service......
I have been purchasing furniture from Poonams furniture house for 3 years now from the
St.Marks road showroom. these guys have amazing furniture designs at affordable prizes
that kept me coming back to them. Early this year I visited their showroom at St,Marks
Road and was surprised that they had moved from there and some C.K furniture has
come there instead. Upon Inquiring i came to know that they had moved to BTM. I took
their from the internet and visited them at BTM. They have better and more designs at
this showroom. I picked up a 2 door wardrobe from them at an amazing price and had it
delivered within a month. The quality and look is the same as before it still looks great after

I had bought an office chair from here in early Feb which costed over 8000. In a week or so, the fabric started peeling off. After repeated calls and a few visits to this shop, they sent somebody to take a look at it, and after two more weeks of repeated follow-up, took the damaged parts for replacement. And no progress after that. Its been more than two months, and every day they promise that the parts will come in a few days/next week/etc. The people employed are a bunch of idiots who just keep repeating what the manager tells them to and delay the work. I,m not sure if I am going to get my chair back. So I have decided to take this case to the consumer court.â
