I had bought an office chair from here in early Feb which costed over 8000. In a week or so, the fabric started peeling off. After repeated calls and a few visits to this shop, they sent somebody to take a look at it, and after two more weeks of repeated follow-up, took the damaged parts for replacement. And no progress after that. Its been more than two months, and every day they promise that the parts will come in a few days/next week/etc. The people employed are a bunch of idiots who just keep repeating what the manager tells them to and delay the work. I,m not sure if I am going to get my chair back. So I have decided to take this case to the consumer court.â
