Hi,
I have booked plot in trans prakruthi in december 2014.
It has been 3.5 years and yet the plot is not registered in my name.
When i ask for money refund they are not ready to accept my cancellation.
I had paid Rs 250000 on decber 2014.
I need my money back.

We booked a plot in Trans Prakruthi in 2014 under assurance that registration will be done in 1 year.When it didn't happen in 2 years also,we submitted the formal application for cancellation and Agreement amount refund in March 2017 to their manager.We were given written assurance that refund will be given in 60 days.After 3 months also, we have not received the refund, whenever we call their CRM number they used to respond saying manager is busy and nowadays they are just avoiding to answer the call.

I have booked 3 plots in trans spoorthi in transcity developers.i have done registration last month, last three years I was waited to do registration but last month they called me and given good response .So I was happy to their registration process apart from that they have started development activities.Their hospitality and customer relationship oriented activities really good.

Actually am planning to invest more plots in their new projects.

Plese let me know when you people will complete the work for transpoorthi project and when you will start registration process..

Its all Ready 3 years over..I paid 35% of plot amount for sale agreement..

When you people will complete the project..
Please update some one about the project status..

Sir, I have booked 2 plots , Trans Pragathi in 2014 December , Devnahalli. They had told they will do registration with 6 months . Believing them I had paid 35% of the amount. Now no office bearers are responding. When i call to GM Shashikala they will tell madam is busy and cannot attend calls .
