3 stars. Exhorbitant rates. For hair wash + blow dry = 1000Rs. It is too much. Service is normal as any other good salon.
I visited the lakme salon in arekere bannerghatta road. I must say its a very good salon. One of the cleanest salons I have seen. The staff is very experienced and also very polite. They have always fitted me in somehow even if I have forgotten to make an appointment. I love this place and would definitely recommend this parlour to people who are looking for quick,clean and good services.
its very bad.they dont maintain appointment timing plus i got bridal package facial done.the staff who did my facial BURNT my skin and i had a ugly scar on my right cheek on my Marriage day.these people made me look bad.its almost 3weeks after my marriage still tat scar has not gone.please dont get bridal package done 4 here.
I love the lakme salon at bannerghatta road. The staff is very experienced and the owner is very good and friendlyThe staff is very professional and they always take good care of the clients.My experience with them has always consistently been very good. I will never go to any other salon other than this one as long as its going to be there. Keep up the good work.
I too had similar experience....when you call, they are not even couteous..its as though the person @ the reception by name Saira, idsconnects abruptly...I have been a Lakme Client at other branches @ Jayanagar, but once i shifted to Bannerghatta road, i thought it would be alright to go closeby, but i had to experience rude and incompetent staff....They use only sample products for hair and facial...Even if you opt for expensive facial

I'd like to rate them as the most poor in the profession. Poor customer service, rude staff. Very unskilled and professional. I got one of the more expensive facial done. Technician came to remove the mask after eating so much onion that I couldn't even breath. They didn't even remove the black heads. Three of us got 3 different facials and none of us were satisfied.
This location is a shame on the name of Lakme brand
Consumers should think twice before going to this particular location.
I have been a regular to Lakme for past 7 years.... but in Delhi... when shifted to bangalore I thought of going to lakmer again.. but here the services are good only if you get hang of some trained girl...they normally keep trainees... specially the Chinks they have... she coloured my hair red by putting the wrong mix and told me i look like a foreigner... disgusting... otherwise what to say about Roopa and Saira.. they are the pure unprofessionals sitting on the reception and have no synch with the staff..
