Please accept my heart felt thanks for your feedback about the restaurant. It really encourages us to serve even better and healthy food, when we hear good things about the food quality at Potluck.
I apologize on behalf of Potluck for not being able to deliver the food at your place. We tried hard on that day to locate your home but unfortunately could not locate it. I must accept that we did a bad job in not informing you the same in time.
It will be great if you give us another visit to serve you better. Alternatively please let us know your address so that we could send you a token of our respect towards your feedback.

Hi! I had tried Pot luck once by accident as I was passing by that area and thought of trying something north Indian. I must say the food was very good and tasty but, the service sucks!!!!

I ordered 2 dishes on 4th March, 2008 for home delivery around 7:30. I received a call around 8:30 from delivery guy to confirm my address. I explained to him the address and asked him to call me if any doubt. I waited for half an hour and called him again around 9 and he said that he is on the way and will take 10 minutes to reach. I said ok, any problem with address he said no, I am going to be there in 10 mins. He never came till 10 p.m. Finally, I called up the restaurant, they said that the guy had gone and come back with order as he couldn't find the place!!! I was so shocked to hear such an excuse. I wasted almost 3 hrs of mine waiting for dinner and didn't prepare anything else and at the end I come to know that its never going to reach my place.

Now, just look at the indecency of the staff and service. The guy on the phone tells me that if you want we can try again else cancel your order. I was so mad by then that I asked him to cancel the damn order. There was no apology from the guy. They didn't even bother to call and inform me again about my order status!!!

I think first thing Pot luck guys should do is throw away the free home delivery placard they have put outside, secondly, they should get some good well mannered staff.

Good place for eating... daily and regurlarly :) The portions are single serving and anyone can order for their own 'thali'. Many nice innovative dishes too.

After hearing about it, I went searching for it and eventually made it. It was a bad sign when my wife sat down and the first thing she saw was a cockroach! We ordered food and my wife had papri chaat...she felt Anand Bhavan did a better job on that. Next came the curries, stuffed tomato and loke-kofta....both basically had the same gravy and the portions were small...so, we another dish called bharva karela. We thought it was gravy style because the menu had a seperate section for dry-curries. What we got was dry curry(unless you count the copious amount of oil dripping through it as gravy).

Needless to say, went with a lot of anticipation expecting some authentic country style food, but was disappointed. I would have enjoyed the Rajdhani food at Transit in Forum mall.

Go down from shoppers stop towards IIM. You will see a petrol pump on the left side. Turn left at that. It is opposite Ranka colony. It is few meters away from the main road. Don't forget to try paneer items out there.

Potluck serves some amazing paneer-bhujji and the gulab jamuns are to die for! Serves north indian 'homely' cuisine and is very easy on the wallet. Single serve portions that you get here are a brilliant idea. Cos if your with someone, you could try alot more stuff and if you are alone, you get enough for just yourself.
