Gr8 place to try out north-karnataka cuisine. Traditional jowar-roti meal served on plantain leaf with a large spread of dishes. A meal starts with unlimited servings of jolada rotti(jowar roti), next comes rice sambhar/rasam interspersed with servings of butter-milk & mirchi-bhajji. A truly sumptuous veg meal ends with fruit-salad with ice-cream & pan.
Kamath Bugle Rock is fabulous Rest. It is acutally like our Kapil Dev. An allrounder all the way. Ask for South India Thali, superb with hot pooris & sabjis. Ask for North Karnataka Meals one of the best. North Indian Cuisine is light on the stomach without any artificial colours (check panner butter masala you hand will never become red with colour).
