Lakme Beauty Salon

Worst experience ever! Such an unprofessional behaviour! Went for a haircut after struggling to grow it long for 8 months...she just chopped off my hair by about 4 inches. They don't care if their customer is satisfied or happy with the treatment but they just want to prove they are right. Horrible behaviour and work!! I would give a negative rating if that option existed.

I had very bad experience at this place. I am having natural straigh hair, but I wanted the pin pointed starightening so I went to the salon. the permanent hair straightening I had made my fair frizzle at ends ; it made my hair so ugly; I went twice for the solon to show up my hair they cutted my hair, but no use; never ever go for straightening at this

I had a similar experience in one of the Lakme Salons..v v bad. rebonding was not done properly even after mentioning guarantee with the particular product.

Anyone planning to go to this particular salon... Please stay away... May be you can try out some other branch. But definetly not this. Service is not good. infact the way they treat you makes you feel like giving bad coments and review. hair cut was just fine not so good. The blow dry part almost burnt my scalp several times. Even after mentioning no precausions were taken. If this is the case then why not i go to some local salon, why Lakme. Never expected this from "LAKME" will never be getting into tat salon. the way it is been maintained is also worst. I wuld definetly not recoment and will give an minus rating.
