Dear Freinds, I would like to draw your kind attention towards servicing by Anand Honda in Hebbagodi branch. The service is really pathethic and horrible. The problem started when my honda activa met with an accident in June'16. I took Road Side Assistance (RSA) service in the month of March'16 but from accident site when I called RSA helpline no. they said that my vehicle is not registered for RSA service. After so many calls and escalations anand honda people only came and drove my active to the service station. Now I gave my activa for servicing on 23rd Sep'16 to the hebbagodi service station and got the delivery on next day. Hebbagodi anand motors, worst ever service i have seen, they dont clean vehicle properly too, only seat and body was cleaned, so i had to take back vehicle again,which they have cleaned again with not much difference .. they did not even dry the vehicle, when asked to dry it, i got rude answer that all clothes are wet .. there was no to hear our complaint and every one was least bothered
i felt that my vehicle was far better before service
I would request not to visit Hebbagodi Anand service .. it is like wasting your money for nothing .. people over there are very rude as well ..
Hebbagodi anand motors, these guys are very smart .. instantly makes bill of around 3000 saying that that has issue, this has issue and all .. we need to check each and every thing they charge for and ask for appropriate explanation .. or else they will easily fool you .. one of the worst service center ever , very disappointing ..
i had a good experience with Ananda honda.. recently got two bikes.. very friendly customer service executives..Mr. Anil was very helpful in guiding us thru to buy the right model.. got the bike at the promised time.. would highly recommend them.. they also were patient with my many test ride requests and provided me with quite a few rides ..
This review about Ananda Honda hebbagodi showroom. Worst service . No one cares about customer. Higher othority should keep eye on employees or else no wil come to buy vechile to u.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ... first off all, all of my friends was telling all services is very poor here at all. but when i saw the pamphlet only for 8888 of down payment we r giving UNICORN Vehicle. before going to show room i called 4 times for confirming the DOWN PAYMENT of 8888 & documents. i went with all the documents whatever they asked after going there they played lot & wasted my time, just for attracting people they doing like this. before buying vehicle they doing like this & JUST IMAGINE how will be their future services if buy vehicle here. I advice all never to buy vehicles here, i suggest people before going to this showroom please think twice, thrice as you may held in loss of time & patience. no proper communication of the price

This is the worst worst servicing center
I raised a concern regarding mileage of my unicorn bike (28 Kms).
I told the service people several time still I am getting same milage......
even after getting it serviced for 3 times there is no improvement in the mileage ...
