I've known this shop for the last 15 years. Overall, never felt too good about the shop and experience there - but never to the point where I'd decided never to return.
Today's was the last straw.
I went by to ask for Hearing Aid batteries. The web shows it as a hearing aid dealer. When asked, they said I had to wait for someone who "is in a meeting". I agreed to wait for a few minutes.
A few minutes later, when asked, they said he was still in a meeting and had no idea when that person would return. I was asked to return in the evening!! (4 hours later)
I was stunned. They advertise availability of hearing aid batteries and they do not stock them anywhere. The least they could have done is point me towards another establish
