worst service ever!!! I have sent a mobile from this office to Paradip,Odisha , i am not even able to check the status online, DTDC have the worst online tracker, even the customer care people don't pick up the calls. i called the Guy named Sridhar who sits at the counter at least 10 times but every time he tells me that he is outside please call after some time,What an idiot he is i would have give 0 rating if they had an option. i strongly suggest not to use this courier service and also DTDC.
Sridhar's Behaviour is very rude and I suggest you everyone please don't book anything here.

I never saw a person talking to customer the way you spoke to me. you were going to hit me and used foul language ! I hope someone reads this post and never takes your service. If your manager is reading this, please take strong action against this irresponsible and arrogant person. He has no idea how to speak to customer.
