I had visited this saloon.. Receptionist asked me to wait for 15 minutes to start waxing.. i waited for an hour then she says staff is busy i have to wait more.. Dont care attitude!!!!! .. I just got up and came out.. I have been to other Lakme saloons never faced this attitude rudeness.. Why do we pay so much ?? Just to have a good service.. This is one of worst saloons i have even visited..
Today I visited the Brookefield Lakme salon. The services that I took were Facial & a hair cut.
For Hair cut, I opted for keeping the same style that I had and a length trim of about 2/2.5inches.
When I paid the bill I was told the haircut to be "Designer" which required me to pay Rs1000. I asked the receptionist on what the difference was between "Senior Stylist" & "Designer" cut. I was told if it is same style and about .5inch trim then it will fall under 'senior stylist' payment ELSE even if it is same style but more than .5inch then it will be Designer.
I felt completely disappointed and almost cheated by this.

Very bad customer service. They short change customers by charging a higher price and never informing you before hand and trick you into buying some of their worthless offers. The front desk staff has a bad attitude and do not have proper information about any of their services. Extremely unprofessional and the staff there have a 'I don't care attitude'.
Never visit this saloon. I got a very severe bacterial infection after I went to this saloon for waxing. Their wax was infected with bacteria and their equipment was infected too. I got an acute folliculitis where my hair follicles have got infected!!!!!
