Horrible Experience with this bank & branch members itself.
Firstly, Savings Bank Account opening involved complex procedures. All forms were duly filled up and submitted with proofs after verification from Branch Assistant Manager. Processing time was more than 2 weeks stating lame reasons that its not the head quarters of the bank and its just a branch office. Finally some executive from bank called up at the end of 2nd week and informed that my account creation was kept on hold because of address mismatch (Another blunt reason to irritate customers off !!!) asking me to re-submit another address proof. Again 1week later, I had collected the kit by walking to the bank for almost 3 weeks.
