i had to shift in the last movement because other packers dint turn up, from bangalore to delhi and we had experience from packing to unloading in delhi , good co ordination and kept up to theirs words , thanks Sujay

Vijay Packers recently shifted my house from Bangalore to Cochin. The person (Mr. Sujay) guaranteed that all the items will reach safely. These are my experience 1. After packing the items, they asked me to come to their office and pay the amount. They are not professional. 2. There was a big scratch on my scooter after delivery. When I contacted Mr. Sujay, he asked me to email the snaps. However, even after emailing all details, there is no response. Whenever I tried to contact him, he was picking up the call. When I sent a SMS saying that I'm going to share my bad experience in public forums, he replied that he will get back. There is no response after that. They donât stand on their commitments. 3. I had extremely poor experience with recently shifting my bike from BLR to Chattisgarh. The guy (Sujay) committed that the bike should reach destination in 4-5 days. Unfortunately, neither did he contact me about any delays, nor did he reply to my emails. Finally he woke up and dispatched my bike through Gati after 19 days. Avoid him at any cost if you care about your time.

It was good service provided by Vijay team. There service what i have observed was very good. The way they handle material, labour response, cost was way exceptional and satisfactory. Till the material reached me at chennai from bangalore, there was a continuous response from the team. Wish you all the best and thanks a lot.
