I was very excited to buy a pair of Atesber Hand made shoe from this store. The sales executive was very convincing and promised a lot about the pair of shoe I chose. I used it for not more than 2 months and the material itself tore off.. When I went to the store with the shoe and bill the so called "manager" refused to even look at it. When I bought the shoe, the sales executive had promised they would replace the shoe within 6 months if the shoe was damaged provided I have the bill. When I told this to the Manager, he said that's the reason why the sales executive was asked to leave the job. He had provided false promises to the customers. I am unhappy with the service given by th executive in the shop. I had a footware and after use for two hours it had totally worn off and i immediately called the store they asked me to visit the store to give it for mending it and they had also mentioned it would take 15 days for me to collect it. After this episode i went to the store an dthey refused saying that they never spoke and the person in charge was so rude and didnt give a good customer service. The name of the person incharge is Mr. Balu. ...Never would visit the store again.
