Its very calm place. You can spend hours with out jostling for space. The owners are very helpful and try to help you. I visit their often
Though the selection is at par with some of the other big book shops, customer service is next to nil. If you have any trouble with the product, the owner is apt to wash his hands completely off the matter with a comment, "I am only a retailer. Contact the manufacturer'. Forget about 'change in mind' exchanges; he would not even take back/exchange defective products.
One of the best bookshops I have ever seen splendid service, amazing range and swift.
