Please Don't buy any product from Girias , Domlur Ring Road , Bangalore, you will get the product only after a week then some 10 days for installation, that too false commitment, very worst service on top they will charge for service than what they commit - some of you can tolerate this.. but when you are bugging them for installation and service they don't have a proper phone and you need to speak loud as if you talk to some who is away for 50 feet, Poor guys they don't have a phone to change it seems.
Worst service.... a month back I bought a washing machine and they send me the same demo model and its having severe technical issue. When I went to raise an issue the response from thr end is very bad..... Planning to go for consumer court....

Pathetic service. I bought a washing machine & its not delivered even after 2 days.
There service is very bad. I bought a washing machine ,after 2 days still its not delivered.
This is about Domlur Girias. The worst service, they cant even speak properly and even have no knowledge what they selling. Avoid them as I had enough frustation with them when I plan to purchase AC. And the other experience I have when I bought juicer/mixer and had some fault. I went to them to replace or repair, beleive me what they suggested that I have to go to manufacturer to repair or replace. All products with person working in Girias are bas........Avoid them
I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. I bought a lot of my stuff from Girias. They had the most knowledgeable staff i saw (across Croma, Ezone etc). They are less polished, true, but ask them about any feature of the product and they can explain! To me that matters. And price-wise they beat the price of Ezone and Croma hands down. They won't give it to you in a platter, but if you negotiate right, they will give the right price.
I really don't know what the business model of this store chain is - high prices, incapable and rude staff. When I moved to India/Bangalore, my first experience with Girias wasn't pleasant with staff who seemed to view customers as a pain to deal with. I just assumed this was the 'Indian' approach to retail since the staff here doesn't work on a profit-sharing/incentive model as in the US. A couple of visits to ezone/reliance digital changed that view. [Ezone has its negatives - a guy tried to shaft me with a demo piece ever so pleasantly. Just have to be careful]. Hopeless service. Never ever buy from this place. They promise delivery and take the whole payment. Later when u call they will say the stock is not available. If we ask for the manager, they transfer the phone and no one answers. Real bunch of idiots. No courtesey after sales. The number is also not reachable most of the times. I am going to go to the consumer forum.

This Diwali, we went to Girias Domlur to buy a fridge. After looking around much we finally got a person - Dayananda - to service us. Apart from the fridge requirements, we had a particular requirement of one old fridge being moved to another location and the exchange fridge being picked up by them.
