Presentation and aroma play a very big role in how a dish will taste. Do try the spring rolls soft on the inside and crisp and flaky on the outside. The duck and pork dishes are recommended by the chef, especially the shredded duck with hoisin sauce, Beijing duck with salad and pancake and oriental double cooked pork in chilli bean sauce. Dessert is a Deep Fried Ice Cream!
