Pathetic service at the Imagine Store in UB city! It is daylight robbery, i bought a Macbook charger 6 months back with full guarantee and they refuse to replace it!! The wire wore out because of poor quality and they accuse me of ruining the product! Cannot believe APPLE has resorted to this!! If you have an ounce of morals left call me at 9845079698
My MAc laptop that I had picked up form the US went bust one evening last week. I called up iMagine and wanted to know how long it would take for them to trace out the issue. It was made evident to me that it would take 24 hrs. Having wanted some data urgently, I really did not have the heart to leave my laptop with them for 24 hrs. I reached the shop and was promptly issued a token to wait for my turn. I waited for abt 15 minutes before my turn came over. The guy who looked into the issue referred the issue to a service engineer. Think his name is "Tharun". He gave a look to the laptop, said he would solve the issue in just 10 minutes when I explained to him that I could not leave my laptop for 24 hrs. During that time he tried to get my

Really Worst service. I asked them to replace my iphone. They had only one piece which was worst. I asked them for another piece they said no. They dont have other piece. Totally Pathetic and non sense service with my Iphone. I hope they learn to do business or they are surely gonna be kicked by people some day. WOST SHOP.

Very nice showroom, really knowledgeable sales team as well. But the best part is their after sales services. My macbook's hard disk had crashed for some odd reason, but I had a time machine backup on another hard drive. They took the macbook for two days, got a new hard disk from Singapore, restored the data from my external hard disk and it works like a charm again!
