I agree with the above comment. They are least bothered about the customers. I had similar experience after I broght some fish from them. The fish was not good and I tried to return the same within 20 minutes beleiving the nice board they have put up on "Quality of f*** service". As per the notice hey have put "You can return the spolied fish within 2 hoursâ¦â¦!"
Even though the fish was spoiled, the shop owner was not ready to either return or exchange the fish. I left that fish in that shop saying them to cook and eat .... It was disgusting.
Price wise this shop is very expensive. Even you can get good quality fish at Austin town market (which is very near to the ulsoor bus stand at the beginning of the CMH Road. ). Also the other b

Looks like this shop got a regular customer base.
My experience with them turned out to be sour, twice. I took beef undercuts and in both cases, when i opened it after I got home, they looked like 'beef spoilage' , have a grey-laced soiled look. Pork was also not as impressive as Bangalore Ham shop. On Sunday noon's you really have to wait for a minimum of 30-40 min to get 1 kg of meat. Fish, however has always been good.
