Airtel Relationship Centre

The center is bogus. Provide incorrect and false info. My document for migrating into the Airtel Network was not sent to the main data center ...False dates and commitments were given out. When I called Airtel Customer Care and one Marketing executive of Airtel both told me to go back to the same store and REQUEST them....Unbelievable!

had very bad experience..executives are very irresponsible and least bothered to give proper information...it just a waste of time going there...

Its one of the worst service center i have come across, very badly behaved Executives. Their so called "Heads" of the Departments are "Headless" when it comes to Customer handling. Very rude on Phone..... Brand like Airtel one of the biggest service providers should have better people under their wings to keep up to the reputation of their Brand.....

very very very bad service i have ever seen. worst customer service. Was struggling to get the no of account manager for 3 day.

Awful service, none knows what to do and what they are doing. They cannot address any of the customer issues..customer who enters there must have loads of patience...
