Best doctor in have met. My dad met with an accident and had fractured his shoulder. We consultant two ortho doctors, both of them asked us to get him admitted for shoulder replacement surgery, but none of them mentioned the after effects. Dr. Ram guided us perfectly. He did mention the after effects of the operation, recovery % and most importantly gave us options for hospital where he comes for operation. Initially even i was angry that he is never on time to his clinic, but I realised I was wrong. My dad's operation took 6 hrs, it began from 7 a.m to 1 p.m. He is usually stuck with his operations, thats the reason he is late to his clinic.
Worst doctor. Buisness minded. Making money at cost of patients. Very fancy and egoistic. I will not recommend him. Beware..
Not sure what siverer and S Krishna are talking about. Dr. Iyer is a fantastic doctor. I am only one of thousands of people who have benefited from his advice and help.
I agree with Silverer's post. He is a HORRIBLE doctor. Highly unreliable and incompetent. Had a muscle/ nerve problem in the right thigh. First of all it was a nightmare getting an appointment with him. Then he did not come on time and we ended up waiting for a long long time. The medicines he prescribed did not agree with me - drug reaction. Called him to take advise. After many tries his secretary Selvi finally connected. He changed the prescription to another drug which had no effect. Called him again. Reached through after many tries. He advised stopping the medicines and said he could not help! What a doctor! A shame on the profession.
I underwent the endoscopic disc surgery for my lower back in jan2012; operated by Dr, Ram Iyer. I am thankful to him for his care and the advices which have made me resume my working life within 2 months from surgery.
A good doctor, talking to the point and conveying to the patients the exact problem; yes, i agree difficult to get appointments but if you need to get cured you take efforts to get the appointment.

horrible doctor. Do not go to him. has no manners of talking to his patients. I have had a very bad experience. Difficult to follow up. half the time no on epicks up the phone in his office.
