very poor service. they took 6 week to deliver one bike from Bangalore to Delhi. They promised 7 days to deliver initially and took full money in advance. Staff do not give right information and always lies. Please avoid these fraud transporters.

Don't trust Prakash Relocations, they claim to know everything regarding moving internationally, but when it comes to collecting the goods at the destination, there are a lot of charges that he does not mention at the time of sending the goods. When confronted, he washes his hands off and the poor customer has to fend for himself.

Well, the packing was perfect. Nothing came damaged. First he quoted a price for shipping, changed (read increased it) when he came over to pack the stuff. He promised that our furniture would be delivered at our door. When the packages arrived, there were a lot of hidden charges that he claimed were usual for shipping to the US (was it a new discovery for him ??) + since one of the packages was too large (over 8'), we had to pay additional charges to get unpacked and loaded to the truck. When asked why he did not get it delivered to our door for the price he quoted his answer was: "I did not give it you in writing that I would deliver it to your door". I would not go to him again. Don't trust prakash relocations packers and movers, these guys won't come on time to pack even though if you give notice prior to 20 days and at the last moment these guys change the rates and if you are not feasible for that rate, till last day they won't give any status and on last day these guys gives a reason that their employee meet with an accident ,
so they can't come and pack...........................

THEY ARE IDIOTS......................................NEVER GO FOR PRAKASH RELOCATIONS
