Worst sales people.
I visited the Indiranagar 100 feet showroom today, wanted to buy a Sony Laptop.When I asked for the price of the laptop the
sales person was not even knowing the price of the specific model, when I asked him to check it online on the flipkart.com, he couldn't do that either properly, and on top of that, behavior of the sales person was not customer friendly.
How trained are these sales people who don't even know the price of the product.
Never visit this showroom, uneducated sales people with ZERO knowledge about their products.
I completely agree with Pravin. Had a bad experience myself. Customer service is atrocious and borders on being onnoxious. Thet really do act as if they are doing the customer a favor.
HORRIBLE and Dumb Customer Service Reps!!! Everyone there acts like they're doing us a favor !!! Disgrace for Sony!!
