Problem with furniture will be there so pls get copy of warenty and complaint copy from them always. so they will also get fast work...........
We have bought almost all my furniture from Furniture World, JP Nagar. They all looked good and beautiful when we bought them. However, it took just a few months to see the true quality! The cushions of our dining set got damaged.
We registered a complaint on the 8 month of the purchase. The complaint registration was a simple process of writing down in a notebook placed on the managerâs table. We were promised that somebody would call us in a day or two. Anyways, nothing happened!
Since then we visited their office almost every month. This May, when we visited them, someone in the front office told us to report the complaint once again in another note book. We did that after explaining to him that it was already noted down in thei
