I had one unpleasing experience with Shekar Nethralaya not with Doctors but with their support team. During our visit it was claimed that they would extend full support for timely cashless surgery as I had my parents medically insured. Unexpectedly, Insurance company acted very promptly but on the contrary, loose commitments and false assurances from Shekar Nethralaya executives saying "I will call back" but no one did.
I admit I was attracted by this hospitals dished options, complete with its Van Gogh reproductions, comfy sofas, and fancy welcome packs for special guests .
