Suntech Solar Geyser

We bought geyser.... They are cheapest and worthless product... Bad customer support... Not even a year we changed the coil and worst tank which is not upto the level... Call center head name is Vani +919844025315
This is her number... You can call any number surely will not get any timely response... They took our geyser for repair it happened more than 15 days... They didn't come back daily we are calling them simply giving false commitment... They are cheaters. Pls beware of them don't buy any products from this company...

Bunch of idiots, Please DO NOT buy any thing from them, totally unprofessional and when called for service the phone is just slammed on you. Please AVOID at all costs, worst experience ever. I called called the proprietor to complain and even he slammed the phone on me. Cant believe they have the guts to run the business like this.

I have purchased about 40+ Water Heaters, always there is one or the other repairs in these product, bad service & false promises.
It irritates me when ever i call the there is no on time response. Better to buy Branded products than going to Local products like Suntech Solar Geyser.....! I personally do not recommend this company to anyone... might be there prices are less but products are third graded.

They are the worst people. Everytime you call, they will be telling ,technician will be coming today for sure and no one comes. I think it is habbit of them to make false promises to the customer and keep them waiting. I dont know how they are selling with these many complaints.
