Very rude and unprofessional, Worst and pathetic customer service. When called up to the office we get same reply from the receptionist saying yes our service is like this.

I am going to take it up with consumer forum.

It is not at all recommended. The technician is irresponsible and careless. They dont respond even after 4 days of compalining

Totally worst...Never take their service.....We were referred to this fools by sringar electricals in Jayanagar....have no idea why.
Our Reinstallation was totally worse......No one picks up the calls when asked for a correction.
Please never go for their service.

AQUA WORLD!!!! THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
CALLED THEM FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THE GUY WHO INSTALLED KENT GAVE US THIS NUMBER.
THE SERVICE GUY CALLED ASHOK CAME. HE SAID FILTERS ARE GONE AND CHANGED 4 FILTERS AND TOOK CHARGED Rs. 2300.
MEANWHILE WHAT HE DID WAS CHANGED THE TDS AND WENT. THE WATER STARTED TASTING BAD.
WE CALLED SERVICE AGAIN. HE CAME AND TOLD RO IS GONE.
HAD A FIGHT WITH MANAGER SHIVA. HE ABUSED OVER PHONE.
THE NEW SERVICE GUY WHO CAME CHANGED THE RO FOR FREE AND TOOK OUR RO. LATER REALISED THAT WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED. HE PUT THE OLD RO AND TOOK OUR BRAND NEW RO....
THIS AQUA WORLD CHEATED US BIG TIME.

I purchased Kent Water purifier 4 months ago and it started giving problem. I called the Aqua world folks for servicing and a guy called Shiva who is the Service manager was not answering calls and finally when he answered, he abused over phone. I am lodging a formal compliant with to discontinue the services and planning to go to Consumer forum for the ruthless behaviour.

Please don't avail service from Aqua World ever........Truly unethical and unprofessional people engaged

hey, never ever take their service. these people are really mad and cunning. i had very bad experience last week. A guy called Patil, who came to service water purrifier(which is working good), did a non sence job and left the machine with a new problem.it completely stopped working.i called him several times and he said he will be coming now and then and next day he is not responding with not lifting his phone, even the people from Aqua world does not respond about this issue.please please avoid this people. they will show u hell with their work...
