Hi,
I had ordered a Gold chain for 24" at Reliance Jewels at MG Road , Bangalore on 20th Apr'13. After 1 month, I get a call that the product is not yet ready and would take additional 1 week.
its been more than a week and I havent got my product back. In the meantime the gold price fall down by more than 80rs / gm and there is no benefit talked about the same.
Moreover the store manager or reps complain that its a corporate problem, we can't help.
this is really bad and unprofessional to see such an attitude from Reliance people.
Request you all to refrain from purchasing any custome made jewellery from Reliance MG Road Branch.
I even have doubts about the authenticity of their jewellery as well

One of the worst days... While purchasing gold jewelery, they give all false promises. They made me buy 4 bangles and said they will give 2 more broader bangles with exactly same design...After paying 80% cost and 1 and 1/s months later, the design was differing very much. Don't have any option to cancel it. They didn't even honour the discounts they said they will give. Once you have paid advance, they act as if they don't care. Never ORDER anything to be made and pay advance. Total Cheaters!
I agree with Pooja's review. The monthly scheme of Reliance jewels , Jaynagar Bangalore is a fraud to the customers. They literally beg people to take that and after that they cheat the customers. They had told me that we can buy the jewellary after paying the installments. Recently because of their low making charges they have been calling me to come and purchase as my payment of installments are over. After we select and finalise they say that we have to wait for a month. Their customer executives beg us for joining the schemes and buy jewellary but finally they play around. I had taken a monthly savings scheme from this outlet. Whle taking they had said, if u want to discontinue in between u can and we will return the entire money. Today after 6 months wen i do not want to continue they are not ready to give the money back. All false promises and simply luring customers by saying all wrong.
