Very Poor customer service. They dont know how to behave with the customer. They are also changing the delivery date on their own to satisfy their ego. If the advisers are continuing to attend the customer like this then they will definitely loose the valuable customers just like me who has decided not to go to Arunagiri service center at Kalyan Nagar because of the response we receive from the adviser.
I am very dissatisfied with the behaviour of the adviser. They are not even ready to talk to the vehicle owner in case if they have some queries and totally unprofessional with their attitude.
i will give my bike before yesterday so he gave me today at morning 11:30 so my bike perfectly ready and perfect servesing now nothing problem so thanks for tvs soeum so next time is also came your tvs center...
3 months back i have give my bike Apache RTR 180 for service these people have charged 5000 rs and told me that they have replaced gear clock and chain set and completely damaged gear system my bike. i will suggest don't go with this service center all the technician are hopeless fellows they don't know how to solve the problems in the bike.
Pathetic There is a problem in shifting gear and I gave the bike for service telling them I will be in onsite in 3 days.
They didn't delivered it on the day. So I asked my brother to collect the bike . They called at 4 saying bike is ready. When my brother went at 5 they said bike is not ready and they can collect the next day. But my brother shouted over there they gave the bike in half an hour. The estimate was given as 2200 , but they charged Rs 4800 twice than the estimated amount. Since I was out of country , my brother unaware of Est Amount took out the bike and called me the next day. Such a cheap persons and behavior. So pathetic.
Dont ever opt to get the bike serviced over here.

I booked the Jupiter, this was attended by sales person Mr. Babu. He is very unprofessional person,Every time he gives false dates to the customer regarding vehicle delivery. When I gone to check with him when it turned 37 days after the booking. His reply was rude and he is telling me if you want cancel it, We have good demand. It is unfortunate that Arunagiri is keeping so unprofessional pepople to handle the customer. If they continue like this, sure one day they will close the business. I have already shared this with my friends who were prospective customers ,They are not going to book there.
I purchased a Scooter - Scooty Streak on Saturday and got the delivered on the same day. The management said the mileage is 55kmpl, i filled fuel full tank soon after delivery. the fuel capacity is 5ltr, but two days after purchasing the bike, the bikes battery stopped working, the very next day the fuel got over for just 86 kms. this is the worst product that I have ever come across. never make a mistake of going to that showroom. both product and services are bad!!

Hi,
I gave my bike for servicing 15 days back. i told brakes are not working properly they told they need to change it and charged me 400 for it. Inspite of it was facing the same problem, i wounder whether they really changed the brakes.

I went to Arunagairi TVS today morning. I gave my bike Apache 160 for servicing last month. I had a very good experience during first two service and the third one was average but the 4th service is worst. Since I was abroad (in UK), my friend helped me to get it serviced for the 4th service and he forgot to remove the toolkit and document kit which was under the seat, before leaving the bike for servicing and which he is also not aware of because of my absence.
And it is been a month now I returned to India and I got to know these things are missing from my bike and we are very sure that which is removed while servicing by one of the mechanic there. So I went to Arunagiri TVS and try to get some help from the front desk to
