I had bought one Hitachi LED TV from Croma and noted that one of the Aux in ports was not working, hence I had raised a ticket for the same with Croma. Its been 4days without any response and I had made so many follow up call in vain.

Croma Third grade services I had purchase new JBL speakers from CROMA kalyannagar Bangalore show room. While purchasing, I have checked blue tooth range and that was working fine. But when I installed speakers at home i found that speaker performance was extremely bad. I asked to give my money back when I returned the product. Croma sales people are lingering the issue and no response from them. It is almost 25 days has been passed no response from customer care as well. Really frustrated!!
Its the second time that I am going through the bad experience with croma. It's a big mistake that i bought something from there again and yes they always live up to their expectation-worst experience. bought a new product that's not working properly right form the day one....call croma and response was that it will take 48 hrs b4 anyone can visit to check the problem.....they are not even properly co-ordinating with the Bajaj technician.....and to add on it the bajaj guy is so rude that u can't afford to talk to him even for a second......I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from this croma store...pathetic
We experienced such a worst service from this store. Staffs are not trained properly and they are not customer centric.
We purchased new product and within 3 days it has gone faulty. Just they routed us to service vendor and we are trying to fix this with repeated calls with vendor. But no response. I am not sure about other Croma Stores. But as consumer, we are having tough time to get this resolved. We spent 15k and couldnt enjoy the product..

Croma is a mega store for electronic stuff, endowing almost all big brands. Nice collection and sometimes even better than what you get in a pure_brand store.
